I didn't expect it to be this quick, with RC coming up and everything, but FoxyQuotes 2.0 has been approved and now is available for download.
The extension developers are not allowed to claim 3.0 compatibility yet, so the maxversion for this update is 3.0b5. I will send out another version once the RC is available. That version will include some minor improvements (like a right click menu on the icon).
I have also started to work on the next major version. The biggest change I am planning so far is to show images next to quotes. If you have other requests, let me know.
